It had been a tough year for me, divorce, new job, new city, and when Uncle Bobby invited me to join him on vacation in Puerto Vallarta I jumped at the chance.Uncle Bobby was my mom’s younger brother, just a few years older than me, the wild child of the family. He’d been married and divorced, twice, and was currently banging the local Mayor’s wife. Not that everyone knew, but it was information he shared with me. He always wanted to shock me with some tidbit about his life, something he knew my mom wouldn’t approve of, but I loved all the tales.We’d been hanging out together for a couple days when one morning I was sleeping in, not really sleeping, just lounging in bed drifting in and out.
