Well I had again found myself in a little legal trouble so I had to head to court for an appearance before the judge. I decided that morning that I would probably be going to jail for a while so I was just going to take a taxi to the courthouse some 10 miles from my residence. I had just a few dollars left to my name. I arrived at the court house did what I needed to do and was informed either I paid a fine within 30 days or I would have to serve 90 days. I left the court house with just about $5.00 left to my name. It was a very hot June afternoon in the south so I started out walking back home. I was of course wearing dress shoes and they were killing my feet. I eventually made it to a convenient store where I stopped off to get something to drink before I proceeded on the who knows how long walk on home. I would walk for a few and then find some where to take a rest. I stopped once at the railroad tracks and set on an electric supply box just off the road. After having a few sips of my drink
